Marketing Communications agency in Mississauga requires a Client Services Manager

As an Client Services Manager on the business, you will act as the primary contact, managing and coordinating agency resources to ensure all day-to-day client needs are met and all assigned projects are completed smoothly. The ideal candidate for this role is a motivated and energetic individual who possess strong organizational skills, takes initiative, enjoys finding solutions, is detail-oriented, and takes extreme pride in their work.


  • Fulfill daily client requests, ensuring all assigned projects are executed to plan
  • Keep client and account team updated on the status of account activities
  • Possess a top line understanding of the client’s business and competitive environment
  • Maintain competitive tracking/reviews and provide POVs, when required
  • Develop a positive and partnering relationship with all clients
  • Initiate and coordinate the production process schedule
  • Oversee the accuracy and quality of the agency product
  • Produce communication materials (contact and status reports, etc.)
  • Develop work-back schedules and critical paths for each project
  • Coordinate the trafficking of broadcast and print creative
  • Develop and write effective briefs, under the supervision of the Account Supervisor or Senior Account Executive
  • Provide daily maintenance of the billing and budgeting process
  • Manage all meeting details, e.g. scheduling, arranging rooms, ordering lunch, taking minutes
  • Assemble and collate presentations and marketing plans
  • Assist with building a positive agency culture


  • Post-secondary education in marketing/advertising a strong asset
  • Completion of CAAP an asset
  • Strong client service orientation

  • Ability to write effective communications
  • Project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to multi-task and set priorities
  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
  • Superior organizational and time management skills, with meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to design and deliver presentations

  • Proficient in MS Office
