Marketing Communications agency inMississauga requires a Client Services Manager
As an ClientServices Manager on the business, you will act as the primary contact, managingand coordinating agency resources to ensure all day-to-day client needs are metand all assigned projects are completed smoothly. The ideal candidate for thisrole is a motivated and energetic individual who possess strong organizationalskills, takes initiative, enjoys finding solutions, is detail-oriented, andtakes extreme pride in their work.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Fulfill daily client requests, ensuring all assigned projects are executed to plan
- Keep client and account team updated on the status of account activities
- Possess a top line understanding of the client’s business and competitive environment
- Maintain competitive tracking/reviews and provide POVs, when required
- Develop a positive and partnering relationship with all clients
- Initiate and coordinate the production process schedule
- Oversee the accuracy and quality of the agency product
- Produce communication materials (contact and status reports, etc.)
- Develop work-back schedules and critical paths for each project
- Coordinate the trafficking of broadcast and print creative
- Develop and write effective briefs, under the supervision of the Account Supervisor or Senior Account Executive
- Provide daily maintenance of the billing and budgeting process
- Manage all meeting details, e.g. scheduling, arranging rooms, ordering lunch, taking minutes
- Assemble and collate presentations and marketing plans
- Assist with building a positive agency culture
QUALIFICATIONS
- Post-secondary education in marketing/advertising a strong asset
- Completion of CAAP an asset
- Strong client service orientation
- The highest quality standards
- Ability to write effective communications
- Project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to multi-task and set priorities
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
- Superior organizational and time management skills, with meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to design and deliver presentations
- Passion for the business and a continuous drive for results
- Proficient in MS Office
